In 2018, I had the big aha moment that I wasn’t living in integrity with my highest visions nor in alignment with what I truly desired in the deepest portal of my heart. Even though my life checked off all the boxes of mainstream "success", I felt so unfulfilled, uninspired, stuck, and trapped in my own life.

I craved to align with my true north — my true soul calling — and to create a life of ultimate fulfillment & freedom. But at the time, I was in the midst of a spiritual awakening, holding onto a realm I had outgrown, struggling with intense burnout and work-induced anxiety, while navigating through so many limiting beliefs, fears, and self-doubt.

But my vision was SO much stronger than all of those perceived limitations. My vision LIT a fire within my heart and soul. So, I decided to let my vision lead me. I followed the inner spark and invested in my dreams.

And I began my liberating journey towards my true-north alignment and freedom. No matter what doubts, fears, and limiting beliefs popped up and attempted to stop me in my tracks, I kept holding the vision and aiming for my North Star.

Since then I have fulfilled SO many of my greatest true-north-aligned desires. I traveled around the world for 6 months with my husband, I became a certified coach and energy healer, I started and scaled my own soul-led coaching business, I have manifested financial abundance, becoming a mama, moving to Costa Rica with my family where we live most of the year, living in Portugal part-time, starting a podcast, and SO much more! Whatever my heart desires, I pursue it wholeheartedly.

All of this sounds incredible of course, but the journey to get here wasn’t smooth sailing… there were trenches to be conquered and mountains to be moved along the way (aka limiting beliefs, doubts, challenges, and fears).

I know first hand how our desires and visions can often feel lightyears away or unreachable. I know how easy it is to slip into lack mode, feel small, or experience imposter syndrome.
